Uploading a podcast

After editing the recording and saving it as as .mp3 at 64 kbps upload as follows.

Double click on pods
Double click on speaker
Upload the mp3

After you upload the recording next thing is to create a podcast

Fill in the details
Step 6 is import and should be speaker/the-name-of-the-recording (without the .mp3 extension) Step 7 will let you know if it worked by showing you the duration at number 8

Next publish your podcast

Pick a date and time or just publish now its your choice.
