Tús Nua is an all-fellowship recovery group not affiliated with any other organisation. The only requirement for membership is a desire for recovery. Tús Nua is fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions, and uses donations to keep the zoom rooms open and the website live.
To collect contributions and pay expenses in a transparent manner, Tús Nua is a member of Open Collective Europe. OCE is a fiscal host, which it describes as a legal and financial toolbox for grassroots groups. It is a fundraising, legal status and money management platform for our community and other groups. We already contribute to OCE via a percentage charge paid on all our donations. Please do not feel pressured into paying them more.
ANONYMITY: YOUR ANONYMITY IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. You do not have to create an open collective account or enter a name to donate. Leaving the name boxes blank to contribute as ‘guest’ or ‘incognito’ is best or use a suitable name format that protects your anonymity. OCE is a public platform and anyone can view our page there. Tús Nua does not control how this information is presented, nor does it have the power to change how a donor is listed after the event. You are obliged to provide an email address but this will not be published and is not even visible to the Tús Nua administrators.
CARD is our preferred method of payment but there are other options. Remember you may be charged a fee by your provider if paying in a non-Euro currency.
